We are a small studio based near Princes Risborough, on the border between Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, offering a professional and friendly service.
We use the latest Epson 12-colour large-format printers and print on a wide range of specialised papers for high quality archival pigment printing (also known as Giclée) for fine art reproduction and photography.
From single prints through to Limited Edition prints or a run of greeting cards we can help you at all stages including photographing your artwork, digitally processing the images and framing the end result.
At Babbabing we offer friendly one to one meetings to discuss your requirements and to help you get the most out of your artwork.
THE ENVIRONMENT
At Babbabing we are committed to helping the environment however possible.
By careful setting out of our customer’s art work for printing we try to limit waste - not only to save the environment but also to be more cost effective and offer savings to our customers. Cut offs from print runs are used wherever possible for packaging.
When we receive goods from suppliers or artwork from customers we re-use the packaging – we feel it is better to re-use bubble wrap rather than throw it away.
Our two main paper suppliers, Hahnemhule and Canson, both have strong environmental policies in place and where possible the paper is from FCS certified forests. We are constantly on the lookout for more environmentally friendly office supplies.
Epson have a recycling process in place to collect empty ink cartridges and inkjet printers typically consume 95% less energy than a laser printer and create 92% less C02 emissions. There is also less waste with their ability to print exact quantities on demand.
